Our teams

 

First thing first, safety is our first priority.

 

Each team is composed of different specialists, like carpenters, electrical workers and painters, etc. Every member of our teams has an average experiences of over 10 years, also not to mention some of them joined us from the beginning of their career through mentorship.

 

Each site has its own constraints, but limited size and restricted working hours are the most common one. In order to facilitate the whole renovation process, everyone is assigned to a specific duty and complete just before the start of the other one. This could not be accomplished without having a delicate logistic chain to supply all of the materials and tools, just in time (JIT).
